This is Codeway.POSITIONWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency. Manage the CEO's daily and long-term calendar; plan, organize, and reschedule meetings, events, and appointments when necessary
Prepare and manage documents, emails, and other materials in line with the CEO's needs
Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and external contacts to coordinate meetings and follow-ups
Handle busy schedules and shifting priorities with discretion and good judgment
Stay one step ahead of the CEO's needs to keep daily operations running smoothly
Set meeting agendas, take notes, follow up on action items, and share outcomes with the right people
Manage multiple tasks at once while staying calm and organized
Arrange all travel plans for the CEO - including flights, accommodation, and local transportation
Support more complex travel needs like visa applications or last-minute changes when necessary
Take on other tasks and projects that help the CEO stay focused and effective

QUALIFICATIONS

Professional experience as an executive assistant in dynamic and fast-paced organizational environments
Fluency in English, both written and spoken (must)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent skills in time management, planning, and organization
Experience in preparing reports and presentations
Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with a solution-oriented working style
