Digital Sales Specialist, Spark

- Drive new business by identifying and converting orthodontists to SPARK Clear Aligners
- Deliver effective onboarding, in-depth product training, and continuous support to doctors
- Manage face-to-face visits, follow-ups, and virtual sessions as needed
- Provide prompt, solution-oriented responses to customer queries
- Track and meet sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
- Support clinical case setup, processing, and communication with doctors
- Coordinate timelines for case deliveries and align with commercial teams
- Participate in local events, round tables, and key expert meetings to represent SPARK
- Maintain accurate customer records, categorization, and tiering based on case volume
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Oral Health, Science, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the orthodontic industry in sales, clinical, training, or support roles
- Experience with clear aligners or digital orthodontic products is highly preferred
- Proven ability to build and manage customer relationships in a sales environment
- Sales mindset - result-oriented, goal-driven, and thrives in a hunting role
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and workflows
- Confident in leading training sessions and educating customers
- Proactive and independent, with a strong sense of ownership
- Team player with a positive and solutions-oriented attitude
- Fluent in Turkish (verbal and written). Intermediate English language proficiency is required for this role.
