- Harmonize, facilitate and coordinate activities and communication between key stakeholders in the market, including EBRD, Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs), municipalities, suppliers, NGOs, governmental bodies, and final beneficiaries.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal sub-teams (Financial, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure seamless integration of efforts.
- Activity Planning and Monitoring:
- Support the Project Manager in planning programme activities and ensuring they remain on schedule.
- Regularly assess progress and identify potential risks, recommending precautionary measures to the Project Manager as needed.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) standards are consistently met throughout the programme.
- Proactively suggest actions to address any gaps in quality or performance.
- Management Information System:
- Manage the Facilitys Management Information System (MIS) in collaboration with the Project Manager, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and security.
- Marketing Support:
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Lead Marketing Expert to effectively market the GEFF programme and its offerings.
- Financial Consistency:
- Collaborate with Financial Experts to maintain consistency in approach and standards with all banks and leasing companies participating in the programme.
- Technical Oversight:
- Cooperate with the Chief Engineer to ensure quality control of technical deliverables.
- Backstop the Chief Engineer for technical activities within the project as required.
- Reporting:
- Prepare all necessary reports for the EBRD in close collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in engineering, finance, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within large-scale development programmes.
- Familiarity with working alongside international financial institutions, municipalities, suppliers, and NGOs.
- Strong organizational and facilitation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in managing information systems and preparing detailed reports.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment of activities.
- Fluency in Turkish and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Familiarity with environmental finance, sustainability practices, and GEFF programmes is an asset.
