- Ensure guests receive the prompt, courteous and helpful attention they require
- Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, outlets and hotel services/features
- Complete knowledge of menus and wine lists, and up-to-date information about specialties and menus
- Ensure that answer phone calls promptly and efficiently, using correct greeting per phone standard
- arry out correct order-taking procedures with recommendations to the guest as per brand,LQA and Forbes standard.
- To control & maintain delivery timing within Hotel standard
