- Implementing robust Anti-Money Laundering processes and monitoring activities, preparing and conducting trainings and legal and compliance communication, creating compliance projects,
- Strong understanding of data protection laws and regulations, including GDPR.
- Ensuring documentation of processing including maintaining a data protection register,
- Reviewing, updating and designing effective processes and policies,
- Preparing, negotiating and finalizing agreements from a compliance perspective,
- Ensuring that practices satisfy the requirements of all applicable government, industry, local laws, and requirements, taking into consideration international best practices, as well as addressing internal policies,
- Monitoring the changes in regulations; Participation in the establishment of the compliance monitoring program and performance of tasks in line with the program,
- Defining the measures required to ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulations,
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in the local and international field of data protection, anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, anti-trust, anti-bribery, prevention of the financing of terrorism etc.
- Preferably at least 2 years of team management experience,
- Advanced level of English
- No travel restrictions
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration/communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural office environment and within flexible working hours
