- Ensures IT operational activities are provided on 24/7 basis, plans and manages IT resources with relevant skills to perform these activities in respective region
- Ensures second-level support services for end-users and production systems in respective region are provided within committed SLA and in good quality by the team
- Ensures company policies, processes and IT processes and procedures are implemented and followed properly on the field
- Assesses and improves IT infrastructure, production technologies solutions and systems against defined standards and business continuity requirements
- Ensures and coordinates new IT/OT Infrastructure project implementation and improvement actions on the field and ensures operational excellence for executing IT and OT support services for both end-users and infrastructures
- Ensures IT and OT Inventory to be up to date in the inventory management tool
- Collaborates with production and technical managers at plants and IT solution owners together with OT vendors and suppliers
- Supervises team and ensures all work is performed accurately and according to standards and enterprise architecture
- Provides guidance and oversight in development and execution of IT/OT standards of production technologies in plant renovations and expansions
- Coordinates outside contractors and vendors and also identifies, plans, executes and tracks departmental, CAPEX and OPEX budget for IT/OT needs for respective region with transparent reporting.
- University degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent experience in IT
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Operations and at least 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience preferred
- Experience in IT Infrastructure Technologies and End-user Support Services, Digital Workplace solutions design and implementation
- Through understanding of production control and management solutions, production automation solutions & systems and manufacturing operations management framework
- Preferably having knowledge of ITIL, Service Management, Project Management and ISA-95 methodologies and standards
- Excellent organizational skills and attentıon to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, supervisory and leadership skills
- Good command of English
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships at various levels within the organization and vendors/partners
