This role combines your deep agronomic expertise with data-driven insights and a passion for enhancing technical processes.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including Regulatory, Marketing, and R&D-to ensure FMC's herbicide portfolio delivers strong value and meets the evolving needs of the market.What you will do with us:

Lead the design and coordination of regional herbicide field trials: develop biological plans, define objectives, analyse data, and deliver clear, actionable reports.
Drive continuous improvement in trial execution, data collection, and analysis through the adoption of digital tools and streamlined workflows.
Provide technical expertise and data-driven recommendations to support portfolio strategy and product positioning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare submission-ready datasets and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and deliver technical training to sub-regional teams, promoting consistency and building agronomic expertise.
Support the development of innovative application technologies to enhance product performance and promote sustainable practices.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and maintain FMC's competitive edge.

Your qualification & attributes

Master's degree or higher in Agronomy, Weed Science, Crop Protection, or related field.
5+ years of experience in herbicide development, weed management, or field R&D.
Proficient in data analysis using ARM, R, Python, and MS Power BI.
Strong knowledge of EU BAD generation and regulatory frameworks.
Skilled in technical process improvement, digital trial tools, and application technologies.
Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration; fluent in English with travel flexibility across Europe.
