İçecek dolaplarının, kahve makinalarının temizliğini sağlamak, gerekli malzemeleri temin etmek.4. Restoran arkasında yapılan tüm servis hazırlıklarında aktif rol almak; ekmek sepetlerinin hazırlanması, tereyağlıklar, sıcak veya soğuk havlular, şamdanlar, içecek ünitelerinin hazırlığı.5. Kullanılmış ve kirli tüm materyali ilgili departmanlara uygun şekilde ulaştırmak.6. Restoran arkasının temizlik programına uymak.7. Tüm ekipmanı doğru şekilde taşımak ve korumak.8.
