Continue to read and apply!Program OverviewStart in our Trace Plant, learn together as a group regionally, and individually at local level in day-to-day operations, within the Production department.The program of 18 months is composed of 3 main stages:Nourish | 3 months: Regional and plant onboarding, buddy up, settle, and prepare to grow.Grow | 9 months: Hands-on learning within the team locally, develop and deepen Bunge Business knowledge and grow through a game and group learning curriculum.Flourish | 6 months: Finalize the program with a group project and fine-tune skills of the future.Upon successful completion, trainees will transition into a role in the Business Unit that complements both the needs of the company and the trainees' career interests and personal strengths.What to bringA Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering or other related fields (Industrial Engineering);Up to 2 years previous work experience, which can be through internships or extra-curricular experience.
