- Plan and execute visits of international delegations, coordinating with the manager and subordinate teams.
- Handle English correspondence and conversations fluently and professionally.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an academic or research environment.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
