- Lead the development and implementation of the medical launch strategy for the new product, including target audience segmentation (HCPs, patient associations, etc.) and communication planning from inception to execution
- Contribute successful introduction of new products and indications to the market; brand plan and business plan preparation; medically to establishment of the related product and marketing strategy
- Deep therapy area expertise and product knowledge including competitor data
- Utilise strong business acumen, acting as a key strategic business partner to the organisation
- Demonstrate ability to strategically engaging with and managing networks of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), professional associations, patient organizations, and other vital healthcare stakeholders in the region.
- Drive strong collaborative relationships with commercial and cross-functional teams, including marketing, value & access, health economics, regulatory and clinical
- Drive collaborative relationships with above-country colleagues to ensure the Turkey involvement and strategic input into global and regional plans
- Champion the patient voice when developing and implementing medical strategies
- Lead and drive rapid integrated evidence planning and execution through deep understanding of internal and external stakeholder evidence needs and robust data gaps analysis
- Contribute to the product’s clinical development roadmap, identifying Turkey-specific clinical needs and data gaps, and spearheading the initiation of relevant clinical studies or Real World Evidence (RWE) projects.
- Initiate and drive projects to raise standards of care and change clinical practice
- Ability to work independently with a solutions-oriented and balanced approach to ambiguity
- Lead creation and implementation of medical plans
- Ability to rapidly assimilate new data and integrate into new therapy area
- Create industry leading digital educational and scientific content that is timely, relevant, interactive and innovative
- Good understanding of the impact and evolution of healthcare systems
- Demonstrate strong leadership influencing across networks and by coaching and mentoring members of the team
- Doctorate level education: Medical Doctor or Pharmacy
- Industry experience (including medical affairs field or office) and/or clinical experience, ideally with relevant Dermatology therapeutic area experience
- Very good teaching and coaching skills
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 20-30% of the time
- Fluent in English and in Turkish, written and oral communication

- Strong scientific acumen and profound understanding of the local regulatory and scientific environment.
- In-depth therapy area expertise and comprehensive product knowledge, including robust competitor data analysis.

- Excellent understanding of the continuum of data generation, encompassing clinical development, Real World Evidence (RWE), and adept data gap analysis.
- Proven capability to identify unmet medical needs and translate them into actionable evidence generation strategies.

- Strong business acumen, enabling the individual to act as a key strategic business partner to the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to strategically engage with and manage networks of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), professional associations, patient organizations, and other vital healthcare stakeholders within the region.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building trust and fostering strong, collaborative relationships with diverse cross-functional teams (e.g., commercial, market access, regulatory, clinical).

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including the ability to lead challenging discussions and convey complex scientific information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- A track record of understanding HCP communication preferences to adapt communication styles and optimize the use of relevant channels (including Omnichannel tools) for effective and meaningful scientific engagement journeys.
- Confidence in leveraging Omnichannel tools and a proactive ability to adapt to new digital channels and innovative communication methods.
- Proven ability to effectively and compliantly share unmet needs of HCPs and their centers with cross-functional teams, directly informing patient-centric strategies.
- Launch Excellence & Market Access Savvy:
- Extensive experience in product launches and lifecycle management, coupled with comprehensive knowledge of market access ecosystems and reimbursement processes.
