- Support our business development activities by identifying new leads and helping us connect with startup founders, People & Culture teams, and hiring managers.
- Assist in the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and partnership materials.
- Take part in recruitment operations by coordinating with our internal team and understanding client needs.
- Help us grow our network within the startup and scale-up ecosystem — from VC communities to founder platforms.
- Track, report, and organize key activities across CRM and communication tools.
- You have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, sales support, or business development roles — ideally in a startup, recruitment agency, or HR-tech environment.
- You’re curious, driven, and eager to learn — not afraid to take initiative and make things happen.
- You’re a natural communicator and comfortable speaking with clients and partners, in both Turkish and English.
- You love working in a collaborative, remote-first environment and value structure as much as creativity.
