- Generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, online platforms, and referrals. Building relationships with potential clients, conducting prospecting activities, and creating a robust sales pipeline.
- Identifying, progressing, and closing new business opportunities.
- Continuously monitor and analyze competitors’ activities, market trends, and industry developments. Identify competitive advantages and areas for improvement to maintain a leading position in the market.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop business strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Determine target markets, customer segments, and service offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, pricing, and other business agreements.
- Collaboration with internal teams and customers to ensure successful onboarding and project delivery.
- Develop strategies to expand the company’s market presence and penetrate new target markets. Identify potential distribution channels, strategic partnerships, and acquisition opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, forecast sales volumes, and monitor performance against set goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align business development efforts with overall company objectives. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to drive growth.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant major
- Minimum of 3 years of Proven experience in business development or sales roles in a Translation and Localization industry is a must.
- Turkish nationality is a must.
- MUST have experience in selling services in the Turkish market.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management.
- Business acumen with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Must be able to demonstrate exceptional personal & managerial skills.
- A highly motivated, ambitious, and flexible individual with a positive can-do attitude.
