- Designing, developing, and maintaining custom ABAP programs and reports.
- Supporting and enhancing SAP HR modules including Time Management, Payroll, and SuccessFactors.
- Maintaining and optimizing SAP Portal functionalities.
- Managing and troubleshooting integrations between SAP and other internal/external IT systems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensuring high-quality documentation and adherence to development standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ABAP programming.
- Proven experience with SAP HR modules, including Time Management, Payroll, and SuccessFactors.
- Familiarity with SAP Portal and its components.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli.
