As HotelRunner, We're looking for great Senior/Lead Backend Engineers ready to take on some serious hacking for our Izmir R&D Office.We're looking for fun-loving code animals who have experience building and maintaining web applications, using the technologies outlined below to work at our platform.About the job

Design and develop new features and functionality in our Rails application
Be able and excited to extend past the Rails, into the application's guts.
Share application support duties through the beta phase and into commercialization
Use your critical thinking skills to innovate and solve problems

RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have most of the following:

5+ years Industry experience as a software engineer
Initial knowledge of Ruby on Rails or Laravel.
Good development skills in a UNIX environment and familiarity with the UNIX command line
Knowledge of at least one source control system
Ability to think outside the box and make decisions based on the problem space
Ability to quickly write clean, well-organized code in any language
Strong attention to detail and a feeling of pride and ownership over the quality of our product
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A passion and desire to work at a company trying to change an industry
Living in Izmir
