Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Contributes to the development of the financial and technological goals through the Annual Operating Planning and Structured Requirements Analysis Planning processesIdentifies and develops process innovations to support the site's vision and long-term directionDesigns and executes plans, while leveraging the latest approaches and achieving organizational short, mid, and long term goals; regularly reviewing performance and initiating corrective actions, as neededApplies technical expertise to develop existing and introduce new processesResearches new technologies and technological trends to improve process and commercial performanceEnsures manufacturing capabilities, product and material application, and tool design standards are considered with respect to the implementation processCoordinates and monitors the fulfillment of all legal and internal requirements regarding Health, Safety and EnvironmentLeads by example and line with the Freudenberg Guiding Principles and the Code of Conduct, while developing employees, driving Talent Acquisition and Management processes, and fostering a proactive work cultureQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
Specified Years of Industry-relevant experience
Specified Years of Relevant Leadership experience
Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
