- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical, business or analytical discipline.
- Vendor Management and buyer experience at a senior level for several years ideally in an e-commerce, retail, key account management or consulting environment.
- English fluency, both written and spoken.
- SQL proficiency as a plus.
- Strong communication skills and an assertive approach, whilst maintaining your ability to be vocally self-critical.
- A business focused way of thinking and a strong hands-on, results-driven mentality combined with a high desire to work strategically.
- Highly analytical skill set with aptitude for figures and data-driven argumentation.
- Develop and identify new business opportunities across different channels specifically in Turkey region.
- Build strong and sustainable relationships with the vendors. Find creative solutions in negotiations and facilitate discussions in order to drive profitable growth.
- Work closely with the site merchandising, Instock, supply chain and product management teams to align all efforts and deliver results.
- Seek out ways to automate and simplify manual processes in order to improve productivity.
- Turn in-depth analysis into strategic insight, present these in convincing figures and turn them into action.
