Our journey began by simplifying our organizational model and transforming into a more agile structure that now we use extensively, especially in our development processes.Why is this role really critical to us?We are seeking a Network Market Planning Expert with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team which is responsible for high level network planning and network integrated budget planning by having end to end architectural view. The role is reporting to the Network Market Planning of Vodafone Turkey.How will you spend your time at Vodafone?
- Be knowledgeable in mobile networks (2G/3G/4G) and preferably have some knowledge on the upcoming technologies and services such as 5G, Cloud Gaming, MPN, MEC, satellite etc.
- Has background in network budget planning, cross-functional view is preferred
- Governance of longterm network evolution plans and budget requirements. DB &LRP planning.
- Follow the budget allocation and spend of the high level projects
- Follow, consolidate and report domain based major KPIs
- Transform business requirements into high level network plans and assess them as business case considering cost and benefits
- Close interaction, understanding and Alignment of the Project and plan with other Stakeholders (RAN, CPN TX, IT, Operations, Business teams, etc)
- Discussing with other OpCos and Group technology for the Service related strategy and topics.
- Follow and govern domain based LCM (life cycle management) and EoS (End of Support) status
- Ensure E2E budget balance in terms of Smart Capex & Best ROI approach
- Bachelor's degree from Electronics/Telecommunications/Computer Engineering from a reputable university, master's degree preferred.
- Fluent in both spoken & written English.
- Mobile/Fixed network planning and budget management experience preferably on 4G and prior knowledge on 5G.
- Customer experience oriented and self-motivated.
- Able to convey technical things to non-technical people easily.
- Enthusiastic team player, communicate both within your department and other departments easily.
- Utmost time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to participate and facilitate VF Group Meetings & Projects
- Be result oriented.
- Must be willing to learn New Technologies
