- 2 years or more of experience in data analysis & reporting.
- Technical expertise regarding data models, data mining and segmentation techniques.
- Good knowledge of SQL and data querying techniques.
- Experience with reporting tools like Qlik Sense.
- Analytical thinking and detailed analysis competence.
- Good interpersonal skills along with effective communication (both written and verbal) skills, strong team-oriented attitude, proactive and detail-oriented nature.
- Competent in understanding, prioritizing and resolving customer needs.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar technical fields.
- Analyze customer requirements to create new reports or revise current reports.
- Create business reports that provide insight into key data points.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports.
