CRM Specialist

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• You have 2+ years of experience in CRM, Marketing, or Growth, ideally within an online marketplace or e-commerce environment.
• You are familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Insider, Braze, or similar) and managing communication channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages.
• You are proficient in MS Office Programs
• You have strong expertise in customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and ad-hoc CRM calendar management, with a focus on driving acquisition, retention, and churn win-back strategies.
• You are a proactive problem solver with strong analytical and communication skills.

• You will contribute to the development of innovative CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement.
• You will design customer journeys across all domains, aiming to improve KPIs both within and across domains.
• You will continuously analyze campaign results and iterate on journey designs accordingly.
• You will manage the ad-hoc campaign calendar to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
• You will design and execute A/B and multivariate tests, analyzing results to optimize all workflows and ad-hoc campaigns for better performance.
