Job Description:We are looking for a Customer Activity Monitoring Assistant Vice President for our client which is one of successful company in banking sector. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or other relevant fields to today's finance and banking sector) • 5+ years of experience in a bank on KYC/AML/CTF programs or Customer Due Diligence Programs / controls or on Sanctions and Embargoes related Programs (Internal audit experience also counts) • Through understanding of local and international compliance relevant legislation and regulations, trends and industry developments • Prominent problem-solving, analytical thinking skills; having experience with SQL • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms preferred • Team player with ability to challenge and work effectively in collaboration with others • Fluent in verbal and written English and Turkish Job Description: • Supporting to run an effective Customer Activity Monitoring Program (CAM) in global level; in line with global and local standards and requirements • Improving Post Transaction Monitoring (PTM) tool and contributing gap assessments for relevant procedures & processes • Performing investigations and analyses of post-transaction monitoring alerts and determining whether investigated relations/transactions are suspicious or not • Performing backtesting activities for the rule based scenarios and machine learning models • Implementation and application of the relevant principles, rules, mitigations and controls to ensure compliance with CAM Program • Identifying the applicable laws and evaluating impact on internal processes and procedures
