- Develop clear project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Coordinate internal resources and suppliers to ensure flawless project execution
- Regularly monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Provide stakeholders and team members with consistent updates on project status, risks, and issues
- Ensure proper allocation of resources across tasks and project phases
- Identify areas for improvement within processes and implement necessary optimizations
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering) or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in project management or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, and Asana
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of French is a plus
- Strong organizational, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, solution-oriented, with strong leadership skills
- Preferably experienced in manufacturing, particularly in in-store furniture production and display solutions
