- Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate communication and risk analysis strategy to enhance the company's brand value and reputation
- Enhance and manage all of the company's online channels (Social Media Accounts, Website content and design, etc.) to align with the company's objectives.
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies that empower all employees to participate in line with the company's purpose and goals.
- Plan, implement, and share relevant reports with management regarding the company's activities in press and public relations.
- Manage relationships with media organizations and other stakeholders, and prepare for interviews, press conferences, media events, etc.
- Execute conferences, product launches, and other corporate events.
- Plan and execute activities within the scope of Sustainability Programs.
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in fields such as Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, etc.
- Have a minimum of 10 years of total experience, with at least 7 years in communication and a minimum of 5 years in corporate communication management (Experience in Insurance and/or Life Insurance is a preference).
- Possess knowledge and experience in social media and content creation.
- Have extensive knowledge and experience in the media industry and the field of press.
- Written and spoken English at an advanced level.
