Our team of thinkers, builders, creators and problem solvers are over 1,000 strong, across 20 markets around the world.About the RoleChoreograph Turkey is looking for a Data Strategy Manager to lead data strategy development for key retail clients. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing audience-centric, tech-enabled strategies that connect media, CRM, and content efforts across paid and owned channels.
You will work closely with Choreograph's internal Audience & Insight, Analytics, Activation, and Product teams, as well as client stakeholders, to deliver measurable business outcomes powered by data. The role requires a deep understanding of retail dynamics, 1st party data strategy, and the ability to turn complex data structures into actionable media plans.Skills and ExperienceDevelop and maintain a Data & Tech Roadmap aligned with retail clients' business goals.Champion audience-first thinking across strategy and activation teams.Lead 1st party data strategy including data acquisition, enrichment, and strategic segmentation.Ensure seamless integration of AdTech and MarTech platforms (e.g., DMP, CDP, CRM, Analytics).Act as a bridge between client CRM teams and media teams to connect data to outcomes.Collaborate with analytics teams to define measurable KPIs and ensure tracking infrastructure is in place.Evaluate and manage partnerships with data and tech providers in the retail space.Translate retail-specific needs into platform-specific media use cases.Contribute to measurement discussions (e.g., sales uplift, brand lift, attribution modeling).Educate internal and external stakeholders on how data platforms and segmentation support media strategy.Contribute to innovation and capability development within Choreograph's retail practice.QualificationsMinimum 4 years of experience in data strategy, digital media, or marketing technology.Strong knowledge of retail media, omnichannel commerce, and customer journey strategies.Experience with AdTech / MarTech platforms such as CDPs, DMPs, CRM systems, and analytics tools.Proven ability to translate data into strategy and strategy into business outcomes.Confident communicator with experience working directly with clients.Collaborative mindset; able to work across teams including analytics, content, and activation.Strong presentation and storytelling skills in English.Curious, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Why Join Us?Be part of Choreograph, the data and technology engine of GroupM and WPP.Shape the future of data-driven marketing for leading retail brands.Access global tools, training, and talent across the WPP network.Work in a hybrid, flexible model with a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.If you're passionate about transforming how brands use data to connect with customers - and want to be part of a collaborative, future-focused team - we'd love to hear from you.Life at WPP Media & BenefitsOur passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and we're just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment.
