Plays key role in driving and executing Maersk's LCL growth strategy across Turkey, Egypt, Israel, and Romania
Ensure accurate and timely quotations and tender submissions
Conduct pricing analysis and suggest strategic rates to maximize profitability
Coordinate with internal stakeholders: CFS, inland, operations, and sales to ensure seamless execution
Track customer SOPs and ensure consistent service quality
Own procurement activities: cost governance, vendor management, and supplier negotiations

We're Looking For:

3-5 years' experience in shipping, pricing, or LCL logistics
Background in LCL pricing and procurement with strong commercial acumen
Skilled in supplier management and cost optimization
Highly analytical, organized, and results-driven
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with diverse teams
Fluency in Turkish and English
Proficiency at MS Office programs and comfortable with digital tools (e.g. Salesforce)
