We are looking for talents who are committed to our ultimate customer focus and who are ready to deliver their best performance in a thriving environment.Döhler Turkey is looking for an "Export Operation Specialist" to be employed in our Istanbul Maltepe Office with following qualifications;Your Role

Making shipment organization based on customer's orders.
Preparing export documents.
Follow up export process with customs broker and internal departments (logistics, customer service, quality).
Follow up shipments with transport companies.
Sending original shipment documents to customers.
Keep system up to date.
Execute handling all related banking process of export.
Controlling all related invoices regarding transport & customs charges and forwarding to finance department.

Your Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade departments or closely related field,
Min. 3 years experience on export operations (food&beverage market experience is preferred),
Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP,
Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
Good team player, strong communication skills,
Analytical thinking with innovative point of view,
Willing to take initiative and responsibility,
No military obligation for male candidates.
