We are looking for a "Logistics Specialist" for our global customer operating in the tire manufacturing industry.Job DescriptionTo receive the orders from sales team,To make all entry to ERP correctly (SAP)Doing the necessary scheduling, material switches, changes, cancellations if necessaryTo ensure that the material shipments of all product groups ordered by the sales teams are shipped at the right time and right quantity, to right place in accordance with the procedures.To inform salesmen/customers about their open orders.To support monthly and weekly sales reportsQualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in sales support or customer order management positions and preferably in the automotive sectorProficient in MS Office programs, proficient in EXCEL and very good command of EnglishExperienced in customs and export processesStrong communication skills and relationship managementGraduated from related departments of universitiesPlease note that only the candidates that fulfill these requirements will be considered and shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
