HEAD OF OPERATIONS

• Bachelor's degree,

• Minimum 9 years of experience (especially in food industry),

• Proven experience in temperature-controlled/frozen warehouse and quality standards,

• Fluent level of English both in written and verbal,

• Strong communication skills, capable of managing teams (both white/ blue-collar teams),

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP,

• Results-driven, energetic, analytical,

• Willingness and ability to travel.

• Support the General Manager in defining and executing the company's investment, growth, and development strategies,

• Ensure the operational implementation of company plans and budgets,

• Manage coordination and collaboration between related departments and other functions,

• Plan workforce and resource needs, oversee recruitment and task allocation processes,

• Create an efficient and effective working environment for employees at all levels,

• Monitor and integrate new technologies and developments into operations,

• Conduct performance and quality analyses; prepare and execute improvement plans,

• Identify and implement necessary corrective and preventive actions,

• Participate in management and board meetings; contribute to decision implementation,

• Fulfill other strategic and operational responsibilities within the scope of the role.
