POSITION: CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CTO)We are looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for one of the most important companies where it has been serving for years that we consult. To continue operating at their high standards, we're seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The ideal candidate leads the technology strategy and drives the development the growth of the business by enhancing customer experience, managing customer order fulfilment, technology and infrastructural plans. He/She is also responsible for generating data-driven commercial insights and managing relationships with partners for the business.Responsibilities

Develop and execute the technology strategy aligned with the company's goals and vision.
Lead the design and implementation of secure and scalable e-payment solutions.
Oversee the development and integration of payment systems that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Manage and mentor the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technological initiatives with business objectives.
Establish partnerships with third-party vendors and technology providers to enhance service offerings.
Drive continuous improvement in technology processes and practices.

Qualifications

University degree
Strong knowledge of e-payment technologies, payment gateways, and transaction processing systems.
Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and drive technological innovation.
Experience in managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
Good in English, Turkish knowledge is a mandatory
Team management and organization skills
Knowledgeable about integration
Strong communication skills, customer focused.
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Advanced report reading skills
Strong communication skills, customer focused.
Self-driven with networking, collaboration, and intercultural skills,
Ability to lead teams effectively.
Resides in İstanbul-Asian side is preferred
