We are looking for a "Packaging Development Specialist" to be a part of the company for our global leader customer operating in the food and beverage industry.Are you the one?· - Bachelor’s Degree in Food/ Chemical Engineering,· - Preferably at least 4 years of experience in Packaging R&D in the Food Sector or at least 4 years of experience in R&D, Production or Quality in the Food Packaging production sector· - Fluent in spoken and written English language,· - Teamworker, strong communication, investigative, open to innovations and learning, follower and result-oriented,· - Good command of MS Office applications,· - Residing or able to reside in Balıkesir (Bandırma-Susurluk) or Bursa (Karacabey, Mustafakemalpaşa)Job Description· - Coordinating processes by carrying out packaging development & improvement projects for existing and new products· - To responsible for the specifications of packaging materials of all products, ensuring that the specs are kept accurate and up-to-date.·- To closely follow the developments in the world related to packaging and packaging Technologies· - To follow up and report the sample studies of all designed and developed packages· - Developing packaging and packaging solutions in line with innovation strategies and plans· - Developing projects in cooperation with universities· - Developing projects regarding alternative materials and packaging processes, carrying out savings studies· - To reveal and project R&D issues that will contribute to the institution,
