Credit Control Manager

• Execute proactive tracking of company receivables in accordance with internal policies to maintain low overdue balances and maintain key performance goals.
• Take timely action to encourage on-time payments from customers, aiming to safeguard cash flow and limit exposure to financial risks.
• Assess and monitor customer creditworthiness; manage credit applications for new clients and routinely revise credit limits as necessary.
• Oversee operations involving post-dated checks, including resolution of bounced checks, by maintaining communication with clients and relevant third parties.
• Design and apply effective debt collection approaches while fostering positive partnership with internal departments and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated track record with 10+ years in credit control, credit evaluation, and collection management.
• A sharp mindset and a proactive approach to solving complex issues.
• Strong command of SAP and fluency in English are mandatory requirements with no flexibility.
• Effective communicator with strong negotiation skills and a solution-oriented attitude.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Prior exposure to the technology distribution sector would be considered an advantage.
