  • Lead or support strategic productivity initiatives across the organization
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact process, cost and efficiency opportunities
  • Perform and present productivity analysis to Productivity Leader and Finance Top Management
  • Conduct feasibility analysis of proposed investment ideas (e.g. FTE, CAPEX)
  • Meet requirements of productivity transformation program led by Allianz Group
  • Manage the budget process of overhead expenses in accordance with the strategic priorities of the company
  • Monitor budget and actual variances of all department budgets, work in coordination with budget owners to ensure that necessary actions are taken.
  • Ensure the integrity of actual figures and understand the variance between actual and budget
  • Prepare monthly management reports OTIF and present monthly results to CFO and other finance colleagues
  • Perform function based external and internal benchmark analysis
  • Maintain constructive relationships with budget owners and challenge them wherever necessar
How Can You Make an Impact?
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance, transformation, productivity, or consulting roles
  • Strong analytical thinking with positive, problem-solving attitude
  • Strong presence and communication skills to start and drive productivity initiatives in collaboration with various departments and teams
  • Thrives in ambiguity and can push productivity agenda in resistant environments
  • BS degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Open for learning and new responsibilities
  • Excellent command of English (both spoken and written)
