Prepare overall and departmental budgets by closely working with stakeholders to create high quality forecast as required;
Oversee financial bridging, analytics and related automation efforts;
Perform monthly/quarterly reports to high management and investors;
Participate in local and international financial transformation projects in a rapidly growing company;
Ensuring timely and accurate monthly financial reporting (both revenue & cost items);
Actively Business Partnering with other departments on goal setting and goal tracking;
Managing and reporting analysis on the reconciliation between Local GAAP and management accounting.

You have:

Bachelor's degree with a study in Engineering, Economics or Business department;
High-level English & Turkish proficiency;
1-2 years experience in related areas;
Good understanding of financial modeling and ability to recommend or make improvements;
Ability to understand business drivers of the company and link local and global business drivers to financial modeling;
Comprehensive Excel spreadsheet and business modeling skills (SQL knowledge is a plus);
Strong analytical, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills;
Hunger for knowledge including new technologies and skills;
Courage to face ambiguity and uncertainty;
CPA internship is a plus;
Having the competence to provide support in audit processes
