Company DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organized and customer focused Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Tuzla, Istanbul. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout our property while leading and motivating a diverse housekeeping team.Job Description-To ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and maintenance in line with Accor standards and to keep guest satisfaction at the highest level,
- To ensure that cleaning is done efficiently and in accordance with the rules of courtesy when there are guests in the room,
- Monitoring the quality of cleaning services,
- To ensure the proper and efficient operation of the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments,
- To ensure the continuity of hotel textile materials, to manage the maintenance and repair of textile products,
- Providing and following developer trainings.Qualifications- Graduated from Tourism and Hotel Management departments of colleges or universities,
- 4 years of experience in a similar position,
- Who knows how the laundry works,
- Knowledge of professional English,
- Able to use Ms Office programs and Opera system,
- He has adopted the understanding of friendly service,
- Always aiming to improve its service quality,
- Strong communication skills,
- Natural leader, able to motivate self and others and likes to plan,
- High analytical thinking and negotiation skills,
- Likes problem solving,
- Attaches importance to personal hygiene,
- Know the application procedures related to hygiene,
- Strong in planning, time and stress management,
- Who loves team leadership,
- Respect for guest privacy,
- Completed military service for male candidates.
