- Knowledge of Postman and API,
- Fluent command of English,
- Software maintenance and testing skills,
- Ability to work 24/7 shifts,
- Effective communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Responds to customer requests and provides technical support,
- Manages integration processes and establishes relationships with international customers,
- Resolves user issues quickly and effectively,
- Acts as a 24/7 technical contact for incidents and problems,
- Serves as the responsible technical resource for analyzing, supporting, and troubleshooting customer technical support requests,
- Coordinates the resolution process for crisis and chronic problems,
- Ensures coordination between the project and operations teams regarding post-sales technical support,
- Provides knowledge of the customer's technical infrastructure and mobilizes relevant teams, providing consulting and process monitoring when necessary to ensure service continuity.
