You can either watch us conquer the world, or join us!Day in and day out a Global Mobility Specialist in Insider;

is responsible for the end-to-end personnel affairs, residence permit, work permit,
works in coordination with immigration consultants regarding visa applications & renewals,
assists relocated team members for their pre and post arrival processes,
arranges periodic events for expatriated team members,
prepares and controls all the data for personnel affairs
coordinates all aspects of international moves into Insider regions including relocation, expense reimbursements and onboarding,
executes all matters pertaining to personnel for hiring and exiting process of employees and maintaining and updating personnel files,
prepares reports about Labor Law and SGK, deliver to related parties,
supports Finance team with mobility solutions, participating and managing related HR projects.

We want you to join us while we are taking a step into the future if you;

have 2+ years of experience in related fields
preferably have an experience with multiple countries' regulations (ideally with TR regulation),
have the ability to work in a multicultural environment,
have an ability to manage ambiguity, while fostering an example of professionalism and leadership,
have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail,
have a strong follow-up on multi-tasks, communication skills, analytical and reporting skills,
have confident, self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach,
have strong communication skills in both writing and speaking, (English & Native Language)
have strong MS Office applications knowledge.
