- Develop and manage retail distribution strategies aligned with market targets, ensuring accountability for achieving agreed sales targets and Key Perfomance Indicators.
- Contribute to the execution of the commercial partnership strategy by assessing the suitability of potential partners, managing partnership proposals, and leading negotiations to close deals with both current and new partners across various channels.
- Ensure premium positioning of Nespresso’s brand through effective promotion and commercial development, while building and maintaining strong relationships with all strategic partners.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Business to Customer(B2C) teams to develop, coordinate, and implement retail sales activities, including Point of Sale Materials (POSM), demo programs, cooperative advertising, and trade training initiatives.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and Key Performance Indıcators(KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with cross-functional requirements (Total Quality Management (TQM), legal regulations, and delivery service standards)
- Propose and implement key account agreements.
- Foster improvements and efficiencies by collaborating with other departments, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence
- Manage department budget and support investment decisions.
- Work cross-functionally to drive efficiency and results.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- 10+ years of experience in Commercial Partnerships and Offline Retail.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Experience in premium or luxury goods is a plus.
- Proven ability to simplify complex issues and build strategic partnerships.
- Strong people management, coaching, and performance development skills.
- High adaptability, attention to detail, and resilience under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
