İş tanımıGrafton, one of the world's most famous recruitment companies, offers first-class recruitment service, talent management and human resources solutions with over 30 years of experience in Europe as a Gi Group brand.With 40 offices and more than 500 employees in 16 countries in Europe, Grafton employs more than 30,000 temporary and permanent professionals every year.We are looking for an “Accounting and Finance Executive” for our lead multinational client operating mining industry.*The employee in this position will report to the international team; therefore, fluency in English is required.Job Description:Financial Accounting:- Ensure local books of accounting are maintained based on local GAAP.- Prepare and enter accounting transections in ERP system,- Ensure closing of accounting books on monthly level.Management Accounting:- Ensure group reporting is prepared based on IFRS in a timely manner,- Prepare periodic balance sheet reconciliations for get it approved from line manager,- Prepare and review product margins and submit reports to respective departments/managers,- Prepare and submit management reports based on local requirements,- Monitor monthly bookings and ensure costs are in line with budget and report deviations to line managers,- Assist local sales team and finance team in annual budget process,- Adhoc reporting to, local, regional and group management.Statutory and Taxation:- Periodic tax reports are prepared and submitted to the local authorities,- Liaison with tax, and other governmental departments as and when required.Banking and Treasury:- Manage collection form customers and payments to local and international suppliers,- Ensure bank reconciliations are made on monthly basis and reviewed by line manager,- Manage and maintain petty cash, IOU and advances,- Prepare periodic cash flow projections.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree,- Min 3 years of experiences in accounting and finance department,- Fluency in English,- Highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility,- Good team player, quick learner, analytical thinker.''GI GROUP AND WYSER TURKEY SEÇME VE YERLEŞTİRME A.Ş.
