To find out more visit www.lenovo.com, and read about the latest news via our StoryHub.Description and RequirementsThis is a 1-year fixed-term contract position.As a Financial Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping data-driven decisions across Turkey and the broader EMEA region. Reporting directly to the CFO of the META Region, you’ll act as a strategic partner to Sales and Marketing teams, providing timely and accurate financial insights that support business growth. Expect to be fully embedded in the planning rhythm of the organization, including weekly collaborative calls and cross-regional meetings, where your input will help steer both local and regional strategies.These are your detailed responsibilities:Financial Reporting:

Provide information to management on the actual status of the business development by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations
Track financial status by monitoring variances from plan (Revenue, AUR, Gross Profit & other implications)
Budget/Forecast vs. Actual variance analysis and risk/opportunity tracking
Execute & enhance existing and develop new tools for Finance & sales management to track business performance
Support all forecasting cycles - Winter Plan (Budget), quarterly, monthly, and campaign/Mx planning in collaboration with business teams

Month / Quarter end closing:

Responsible for consolidation and monthly journal entry of Future Billing Adjustment (FBA) & Inventory accruals
Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data if required
Prepare monthly consolidated and regional financial analyses
Work on ongoing simplifications to improve, streamline & increase efficiency within financial reporting & month end closing activities

What you'll bring:

Experience operating in a matrix structure and supporting Sales & Marketing functions
Considerable experience in the annual reporting and planning cycles, financial controls and systems

Key Skills needed:

Advanced Excel and solid knowledge of finance systems (SAP, Oracle)
Ability to drive process change and deliver credible insights
Ability to influence, challenge and support both financial and non-financial managers
Excellent planning, forecasting, and prioritization skills to meet tight deadlines
Detail-oriented, resilient problem solver with strong commercial acumen
Versatile communication style, ability to present data to all levels in the organization, making it relevant and suitable for the audience
