- Develop and execute annual marketing plans, including campaigns, promotions, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions
- Lead and mentor the marketing and communications team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
- Oversee the organization’s digital presence, including website management, social media strategies, and online advertising campaigns
- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility
- Create and distribute compelling content across various channels, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and target audience preferences
- Manage the organization’s public relations efforts, including press releases, media kits, and crisis communication plans
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to implement innovative marketing strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing/communications role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, public relations, and brand management
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, content management systems, and social media platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning abilities
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and content
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and campaign performance
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
