- Following up and improving distributor sales performance by implementing strategic actions, managing relationships with business partners and creating solutions to respond for stakeholders' needs
- Leading the distributor to follow the KPIs and priorities, ensuring the sales targets are met.
- Closely tracking the stocks of the distributors on SKU basis, proposing promotions within the given limits and coordinating the execution of those promotions on field.
- Ensuring that Distributors are perfectly in compliance with PVM standards while growing.
- Bachelor's degree in related fields,
- Driving License (B),
- At least intermediate in spoken and written English,
- Proven experience and background for distributor sales management,
- Collaborative style & result oriented.
- Management presence, excellent communication and presentation skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in Distributor Sales Management roles with a proven track record,
- Well evidenced leadership and influencing skills and the ability to influence a complex multi-functional matrix as well as leading stakeholders' management.
