- Graduated from Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry departments of universities
- Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience
- Experienced in ICP MS/ICP OES devices and preferably in food, food contact materials and substances, and packaging analyses
- Familiar with the ISO 17025 Quality Management System, knowledgeable about laboratory accreditation processes, and customer-focused
- Competent in planning and organization, delegation, coordination, initiative-taking, time management, and crisis management
- Skilled in relationship management and teamwork
- Possessing analytical thinking skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ensuring, maintaining, monitoring, and continuously improving the compliance of all activities in the
- Mineral Unit of the Food Laboratory with the ISO 17025 Quality Management System
- Conducting accreditation processes for the department
- Performing analyses for which he/she is responsible on samples received by the laboratory in accordance with instructions and reporting them in a timely manner
- Conducting validation/verification studies
- Ensuring that records are kept regularly and completely
- Tracking laboratory consumables and standards
- Performing technical and administrative duties assigned to them within the quality management system.
