Production Manager(Automotive -Tuzla)

• Responsible for the management and continuous development of both White-Collar and Bllue-Collar personnel directly reporting to them,
• Ensuring coordination and collaboration between the production department and other departments,
• Preparing long and short-term capacity and resource plans, managing the production schedule,
• Ensuring that production is carried out in line with production plans and programs; on time, meeting quality and cost objectives,
• Implementing and ensuring the continuity of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S activities for productivity and continuous improvement,
• Ensuring that management systems for quality and occupational safety are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures,
• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting production KPIs; preparing and presenting "Production Activity Reports" at specified intervals,
• Collaborating with other departments in the commissioning processes of new lines/products,
• Conducting risk analyses, ensuring their currency, and taking necessary measures for all risks that may affect production,
• Managing stocks in accordance with company policies and rules; developing and implementing projects to reduce losses and scrap with continuous improvement plans.

• Preferably graduated from university departments of mechanical or industrial engineering,
• At least 5 years of experience as a Production Manager/Supervisor in manufacturing companies,
• Candidates with experience in Automotive Supply Industry and Metal Sector are preferred,
• Preferably experienced in new factory establishment, line setup, and commissioning,
• Strong managerial qualities, experienced in managing both white-collar and bllue-collar teams,
• Advanced communication skills, successful in team collaborations and relationship building,
• Embraces a quality-focused work approach, familiar with IATF 16949 Management Standards and practices,
• Involved in projects related to Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, 5S applications, and familiar with their implementations,
• Experienced in occupational health and safety management,
• Analytical thinking skills, competent in analysis and interpretation, solution-oriented work approach,
• Keeps up with current approaches and innovations in the profession, able to reflect them in work practices,
• Highly motivated in continuous improvement and development processes, successful in taking action and motivating teams,
• Result and goal-oriented, successful in time management and dynamic,
• Experienced in budget planning and tracking, with advanced reporting skills,
• Proficient in English,
• Preferably familiar with SAP, follows developments in technology and Industry 4.0,
• Workplace is in Tuzla / Istanbul - Anatolian Side.
