It is this passion for innovation that drives each one of our employees for personal and professional success.What's exciting about the roleWe are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Solutions Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex technology solutions across multiple projects and clients. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle ensuring that solutions meet business objectives, are delivered on time and within budget, and align with quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of technology solutions for internal or external clients.
Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and performance standards.
Track and report project metrics and KPIs to executive leadership.
Promote best practices in project management, solution delivery, and client engagement.
Support business development by contributing to proposals and delivery planning.

Skills and Experience you'll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in solution delivery, project management, or technical consulting roles.
Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder IT projects.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other delivery methodologies.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and enterprise architecture principles.

Highly Preferred:

PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
Experience in cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Background in specific industry domains (e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
