Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant - candidates with strong sector-specific experience will also be considered
Strong business partnering mindset with proven ability to challenge and influence at senior levels
Solid experience in financial controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ability to interpret financial data and connect with operational performance
Excellent communication skills and relationship-building capability across finance and operational teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed and multi-country environment
Experience managing or mentoring a team, with a focus on development and succession planning
Familiarity with open-book contracts and cost performance monitoring is desirable
High attention to detail while maintaining broader strategic understanding
Proficiency in English

Job Description:

Act as the finance lead for key LLP contracts, representing finance in customer meetings and reviews
Partner closely with operational leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting and performance optimization
Lead the creation, review, and submission of forecasts, budgets, and month-end trading results
Ensure strong control and compliance on passthrough cost management, balance sheet items, and working capital
Provide financial insight and guidance to contract management teams, supporting EBIT and EAC improvement plans
Manage and develop a small finance team, ensuring delivery to KPIs and service level expectations
Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes and tools
Support development of commercial acumen within finance and non-finance teams
Ensure alignment with DPDHL policies, legal and regulatory requirements
Act as a central point of contact for all finance-related matters concerning the supported contracts
Drive team engagement through regular one-to-ones, performance discussions, and EOS actions
