Junior Lawyer

- Taking care of the compliance with applicable law of the activities of the Management Board and Branch Manager of the Company and other companies of the Capital Group,
- Developing and giving opinions on draft agreements and other internal acts in the entire area of the company's operations in the region,
- Negotiating contracts and other legal documents in the market
- Support for other departments of the company,
- Ongoing legal advice, including providing explanations on the interpretation and application of legal provisions,
- Representing the company in all types of proceedings and in non-litigious proceedings
- Cooperation with independent external law offices - located worldwide,
- Supporting the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes,
- Keeping records of contracts, powers of attorney, orders and other internal regulations, including control of their validity period,
- A law degree in Türkiye
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a law firm or in-house
- At least 3 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements or alternatively 3 years of experience on labor law field, or alternatively 3 years of experience on consumer law field
- Very good command of English and Turkish in speech and writing, including legal language
- Practical knowledge of civil law, labor law, commercial law, consumer law
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
- Detailed oriented, result driven and strategic thinker
- Clear and inspiring in communication with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ambitious and highly responsive to challenges, with a proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments and quickly adapt through strong learning agility
