- Set up and monitor sales processes

- 3 years of experience as a Sales Support Specialist or similar role
- Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
- Undergraduate degree from a top university
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Critical thinker and problem-solver
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player, comfortable working in a large matrix organization, willing to lead, build consensus and determined to get things done in time
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where rapid or sudden changes are usual
- Fluent in English
