- Develop and implement strategies to enhance capabilities across the region.
- Create guidance for the organizational structure, defining required roles and job descriptions, establishing onboarding processes, and implementing function- and role-based assessments along with certification pathways for key capabilities.
- Align with Individual Development Plans (IDPs), performance management systems, and feed into the Organizational Development Process (ODP).
- Coordinate with external vendors

- Organizational Development Expertise: Strong background in organizational design

- Project Management: Experience in leading projects, managing timelines, and aligning resources effectively to ensure successful completion of deliverables.
- Analytical Skills: Capability to assess current organizational structures, identify capability gaps, and develop data-driven strategies for improvement.
- Vendor Management: Experience in collaborating with external vendors, managing relationships, and ensuring that deliverables align with organizational needs.
- Change Management: Knowledge of change management principles and practices, enabling smooth transitions during organizational changes.
- Role and Job Design: Skills in creating job descriptions, competency frameworks, onboarding processes, and performance management systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration, documentation, and facilitation of discussions.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt plans based on organizational needs and changes.
- Familiarity with Learning & Development: Understanding of individual development plans (IDPs) and certification pathways to ensure alignment with employee growth and performance.
