- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- Fluency in English both spoken and written
- Analytical and statistical minded and excellent troubleshooting experience
- Having experience in problem solving methodologies (DMAIC, Six Sigma, (SPC, 8D, Fish Bone Analysis ...etc)
- Good knowledge of FMEA & Control Plan
- Good knowledge of MS Office and access knowledge is a plus

- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure manufacturing environment
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
- Minumum 3 years in experience in Quality is an asset
- Will locate in İzmit
- Coordinates quality and technical processes in Business Team B Curing Area
- Assure cured tire properties meet Goodyear quality requirements and customer requirements
- Assign Cure Condition (Time, Temperature) for tire curing process
- Manage Thermocouple activities and keep on the file for summary & historical
- Assure process conditions, people skills, work instructions, specs and methods are in place and consistent enough to meet quality, waste, productivity and cost target of plant.
- Responsible for Project Cure Audit and the application management on the whole process
- Coordinates the introduction of best practices in order to improve efficiency and cured tire quality
- Follow up saving projects
- Provides customer satisfactions at all levels
- Prepare regional monthly reports
