Finance Manager

• Manage day-to-day financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with l ocal and international financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
• Oversee cash flow management to optimize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and decision-making.
• Lead audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting and finance team.
• Lead and manage financial operations including Treasury, Accounting, Controlling, and reporting functions
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts

• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, (nice to have)
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations within the energy and natural resources sector.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership abilities to manage and inspire a team effectively.
